Easy Sunday
Lately I have made more effort in maintaining my mental health. It's very important I do it since I want to make sure that the progress I made doesn't go to waste. Here are some of the things I do:
- I surround myself with the people I love and care about. I don't know if they know it but a lot of friends and love ones have kept me sane through this pandemic and I am thankful for them
- I focus on a task and avoid distractions. It helps with those random thoughts that blindside during the times I am awake.
- I am learning to face my thoughts head on. I do this by writing them down and reading it. It actually satisfying to do it.
I know there's more that I can do but so far these things work. How about you guys how do you maintain your mental health.
